GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, secure payment link, credit cards
  • Accepted currencies: Euro (EUR) and Hungarian Forint (HUF)
  • Advance payment: as provided in the reservation
  • Tourist tax: as provided in the reservation (4% of net room price)
  • Reservation cancellations and modifications are subject to the terms and conditions specified at the time of reservation
  • All individual reservations can be cancelled according to the rules set out in the confirmation

1 CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:

  • Guaranteed check-in is at 15:00. Guests will be required to provide a valid piece of government issued ID or passport. In case of late check-ins after 20:00, please kindly let us know in advance at +36-70-410-5611
  • Check-out is at 12:00. If you require a late Check-out, contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the departure day to ensure the availability and possibility to do so
  • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges over a certain amount of time
  • Reception is available 24 hours. Should our team members not be physically present at the desk by any chance, guests are kindly invited to contact us by phone anytime at
    +36-70-410-5611 and we will be delighted to assist you in person promptly.

2 RESERVATIONS EXTENSION:

  • The extension of your reservation is subject to the online pricing of the specific period. If you wish to check out after 16:00, it is considered an additional night, and the corresponding fee will apply. Please note that the extension of your reservation is subject to availability and it is necessary to notify the accommodation in advance and make the payment accordingly.

3 GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18:

  • Guests must be over 18 years old to Check-in. All minors require to come with an adult, minors between the ages of 14 and 17 can check-in with a signed parental or legal guardian authorisation
  • Guests under the age of 18 may use the accommodation services only when accompanied by a parent or other responsible adult
  • Children under the age of 14 may only remain in the room under the permanent supervision of a parent or other responsible adult
  • The child’s companions are responsible for the child’s physical integrity, behaviour and any damage that the child may cause
  • People under the age of 18 may not consume any alcohol on the premises of, or at events held in the accommodation. The parent or other adult responsible for the minor must ensure compliance with this rule
  • The parent or other adult is responsible for the legal, moral and material consequences of failure to comply with this rule and the accommodation disclaims any liability
  • We are a child-friendly hotel offering amenities like a baby cot with a special mattress, high chair or baby bath tub.

4 PET POLICIES:

  • Pets are not allowed in the property, with the exception of identified and verified support animals, such as guide dogs.

5 VISITORS:

  • Visitors are welcome in public areas of the accommodation. However, access to guest rooms is limited to registered guests only for security and privacy purposes. Visitors are requested to register at the front desk.

6 DAMAGE:

  • Any damage caused to accommodation property, including guest rooms and common areas, will be charged to the responsible guest. Please report any damages or issues to the front desk immediately. The furnishings and equipment of the accommodation may only be removed from the accommodation premises with the accommodation’s prior written permission. Any rearrangement of the accommodation room, any relocation of furniture may only be carried out by accommodation staff or a person designated by them. The guest is liable for any damage arising from a failure to comply with this rule and the accommodation excludes any liability for resulting damages.- Removal of accommodation valuables without the accommodation’s prior written permission is considered a crime. In such a case, the accommodation will take the necessary criminal and civil action.

7 NO SMOKING POLICY:

  • Our accommodation is entirely smoke-free. Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited within all indoor areas, including guest rooms and common spaces
  • For smoking please, use designated areas in front of the building
  • The fine for smoking is EUR 100, or 40.000 HUF. If the fire alarm rings due to smoking or manipulation of the alarm, the surcharge would be EUR 250, or 100.000 HUF, to cover the fire-work bills.

8 MATERIALS/INSTRUMENTS NOT ACCEPTABLE ON ACCOMMODATION PREMISES:

  • Products classified as corrosive, flammable chemical or substance in the applicable laws; Substances classified as flammable and/or explosive in the applicable laws; Fireworks, firecrackers or parts and components thereof; Waste, substances harmful to the environment or health; Psychotropic and psychoactive substances.

9 SECURITY AND CAMERAS:

  • For the safety of all guests, our accommodation is equipped with surveillance cameras in public areas. These cameras adhere to applicable privacy laws and are used for security purposes only.
  • Please be informed that we lock the front door overnight and you can either enter by using your card key on the card reader outside the front door or the secret code that is solely given to the booker of the reservation upon check-in.

10 QUIET HOURS POLICY:

  • This policy is implemented to prohibit unnecessary or excessive noise that may bother guests who are trying to sleep. To ensure enjoyment and to protect the property and our guests, this policy is strictly enforced
  • Quiet Hours are between 23:00 and 07:00
  • Failure to comply with this policy will result in a notification from the accommodation to the guest. If the guest does not comply, an automatic deduction of
    €100 will be made from the security deposit.

11 PRIVACY:

  • The accommodation discloses information on the guest’s current, past or future accommodation stays to third parties, including close relatives of the guest, only with the prior written consent of the guest. This prohibition on supply of information does not apply to requests for information under the law
  • The guest acknowledges that the accommodation is required by law to disclose guests’ personal information to a requesting authority, provided that the legal conditions for such disclosure are met
  • The accommodation may not object to the provision of information based on the law, an official decision or a court order.

12 CLEANING:

  • Our dedicated housekeeping team will do light cleaning in your room daily, unless otherwise requested. This includes making the bed, taking out the rubbish, washing up the dishes, changing the towels and freshening up the toilet. Please display the “Do not disturb” sign on your door if you prefer not to be disturbed. Full cleaning of each apartment will be done each 3 nights (4th day). We can provide extra full cleaning on request, costing 20.000 HUF or 50 EUR. Please inform us a day in advance for any cleaning request

13 PARKING:

  • Accommodation guests can park their cars for a fee of 33 EUR per day in the parking garage and payment can be arranged at the Reception Desk
  • Guests wishing to use the car park should book in advance and inform reception at all times at +36-70-410-5611
  • The exact address of the car park is: 16 Német utca, 1084 Budapest.
  • Please use the 3 parking lots at the back of the car park marked with the Kozmo Residences signs.
  • Traffic regulations apply in the car park

14 CONCIERGE SERVICES:

  • We offer daily concierge services at the reception from 09:00 to 20:30, where our team is happy to recommend excellent restaurants, river cruises, sightseeing tours, assist with directions, arrange taxi bookings and exclusive local or airport transfers, provide porterage and luggage storage services.

15 MINIBAR OPTIONS:

  • Each guest room is equipped with a minibar offering a selection of beverages and snacks. Consuming items from the minibar will be charged to your room account. Please inform the Front Desk of any discrepancies or issues with the minibar upon check-in or during your stay.

16 COMPLIMENTARY AMENITIES:

  • Kozmo Residences Budapest offers a selection of luxury amenities from Penhaligon’s for your comfort and convenience. Complementary amenities are provided and may be enjoyed by guests at no additional charge.

17 OPENING HOURS:

  • Our reception Desk is open 24 hours a day, ensuring assistance and personalized service at any time. Should our team not be physically present at the desk, guests are kindly invited to contact us by phone at +36-70-410-5611 and we will be delighted to assist you promptly.

18 RESTAURANT:

  • Located right next door at our sister property, the luxury 5-star Kozmo Hotel and Suites, we offer breakfast, lunch and dinner with an extensive selection of dishes to suit every taste
  • Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:30 weekdays and 07:30 to 11:00 weekends, please contact us at reception if you wish to book
  • The restaurant opening time for lunch and dinner is 12:00 – 22:00

19 SPA

  • Our Spa & Wellness facilities are also located next door at the luxury 5-star Kozmo Hotel and Suites. Guests can enjoy access to the sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym. The spa is open daily from 12:00 to 20:00 for adults, with access for children available from 12:00 to 16:00. No prior reservation is required. Payment is made directly at the Reception Desk of Kozmo Hotel and Suites.

20 TRANSFERS

  • We offer private transfer services to and from the airport, as well as to any destination within the city and beyond. Our fleet includes high-quality vehicles, such as Mercedes and Tesla models, ensuring maximum comfort and style. We kindly recommend reserving your transfer in advance at the Reception Desk. Payment can be settled in advance.

21 LEGAL STATEMENT:

  • The operation of the Kozmo Residences Budapest is according to the Laws of The Republic of Hungary and any dispute arising from staying in the accommodation or using the services of the accommodation should be settled according to the laws of The Republic of Hungary and within the jurisdiction of the city of Budapest.

22 LOST OR STOLEN ITEM:

  • Please be aware that the owner is solely responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. As a precautionary measure, we kindly request that you utilize the safety boxes provided in your room. Additionally, we urge you to always remember to lock your room for added security. In case of finding an object, the property will take care of the sending of the object while the costs shall be supported by the guest.

23 IN CASE OF FIRE:

  • Kozmo Residence Budapest is equipped with a fire alarm system. All our staff are trained to deal with emergency situations quickly and efficiently
  • If you notice a fire, please call reception immediately at +36-70-410-5611 and close all windows and doors
  • Leave the room immediately
  • Lifts should not be used in the event of fire
  • The emergency staircase is available as an emergency exit route
  • Emergency lights and evacuation direction lights show the way out
  • Overall, we kindly request that you familiarize yourself with the location of the emergency exits, fire alarm system and fire extinguisher upon arrival. Locate the nearest emergency exit to your room, count and remember the number of doors between your room and that exit. Open the emergency exit door and take a look at the stairwell behind it! Locate the nearest fire alarm and fire extinguisher!
